Portland VegFest 2011

Portland VegFest 2011

I look forward to the Portland VegFest every September. I’ve attended the last 3 and keep going back because there is always something new to learn, a delicious food to try, and local vendors to support.  You definitely don’t have to be vegetarian/vegan to appreciate it and it is a great opportunity to have a lot of questions answered for those that may be on the fence about a plant-based diet or are just interested in health and environmental topics. Below is some of the need to know info to get you there as taken from the website http://nwveg.org/vegfest, which is worth checking out to determine what speakers, chefs, and experts you may want to fit into your schedule. Hope to see you there! If you can’t make the event, consider checking out NW Veg for more upcoming events and information at http://nwveg.org/
