Meet Our New Lead Therapist

The Dragontree PDX is so happy to have a new Lead Therapist on our team. Having only been working with The Dragontree for a few months, Steven Burbank has already proven to be such a great addition. Steven prides himself on providing an immensely high level of therapeutic support for clients, and with over 13 years of experience in retail and service industry management, strives to also provide an exceptional level of customer service. Steven was recently acknowledged by the Port of Portland as a Customer Service Champion for going above and beyond to meet the needs of those that visit the airport and spa.

As a graduate of East West College, Steven is skilled in a variety of modalities and has advanced training in CranioSacral and SomatoEmotional Realease therapy through the Upledger Institute. He is a member of the NWCA (Northwest Cranial Association) and will be continuing his education by starting an intensive study and practice of Biodynamic Massage in February. By bringing his knowledge and sensitivity to each session Steven works together with clients to create a session for them that focuses on facilitating a renewed sense of vitality, freedom, and well-being.

As Lead Therapist, Steven will play an essential role as a trainer and support for fellow therapists at The Dragontree. When not engrossed in his therapeutic work Steven like to take time for himself by practicing yoga, meditation, hiking, cooking, and traveling. Sounds like a perfect fit for The Dragontree family.
