27 Dec An evening of leisure, laughter and delight!
Thanks to Briana and Peter owners of The Dragontree Holistic Spa for throwing an amazing Rooftop Party at the fabulous Asa Flats in the Pearl, and all the people who helped to make this a special time for me and everyone else who enjoyed the party!
It was such an elegant night when I arrived for the extravaganza on the rooftop of the Asa, whichis located in NW Portland’s Pearl District.
On the rooftop balcony, I was greeted by Briana, who encouraged me to try the freshly prepared gourmet foods. Talk about delicious, I enjoyed a feast! Appetizers followed by grilled salmon,stuffed roasted poblano pepper, mixed greens with slices of fresh peaches, scalloped potatoes,and herbed corn on the cob all prepared by local Portland chefs, “Salt and Flame”. Dessert wasincredible and added the perfect touch to top off such a delicious meal. The bartender adornedus with a variety of spirits and bestowed upon us an array of frothy beers and sweet wines which accompanied incredible views of the city by a full moon. The night air was full of delightful exchange of words beside the glowing fire pit.
Inside, the henna artist composed beautiful and detailed works of art on my co-workers handsand insightful tarot card reader, “Raven’s Reflections” impressed us all with her intuitive readings.
