Bodyheart

A couple of weeks ago  I had the exceptional privilege of going to New York and attending  an amazing event hosted by the beautiful and talented Marie Forleo.  She is worth checking out.

Through the event I was lucky enough to network with some amazing women and one of them was Amber Krzys of Bodyheart.    What a blessing!

Bodyheart is a program that offers women the opportunity to stop the WAR inside their bodies.  We currently live in a world that supports an unrealistic definition of beauty – in order to change this mentality, we MUST take the time to change ourselves.

Through education and exploration, Bodyheart provides participants with practical steps to discovering peace and a new-found passion for the body they have been given. Designed to illuminate and inspire each woman to see the ART of her own form, Bodyheart is more than a workshop – it is a transformational experience uniting empowered women to embrace and embody a new example of true beauty.

While in New York I was able to participate in one of their fun and liberating photoshoots.  I highly recommend it!
