I love how my body responds to being outdoors. I automatically breathe more deeply and a smile comes to my face that is felt deeply in my body.

I’m grateful for my body’s ability to create complete, life-sustaining, chunky-roll-making nourishment for my 5-month old baby!

With all the body shaming & plastic surgery, eating disorders & unrealistic expectations, what an inspiring & much-needed message. I am grateful for brain plascity which allows new neural connections even as we advance in age. I am very grateful for your message & am so excited to be a part of Rituals for Transformation. ??

I am looking forward to this 108 day experience with your community.
First thing on my list: I love how I can breathe deeply to calm the motions of my mind, the tension of my body, and let go, eyes closed, into a state of receivership – how complex yet simple. One deep breath.

I am grateful to my mind and body for helping me take care of my family. From playing with them, to feeding them healthy, foods, to guiding them to make better choices.

I love how my body is flexible and strong and my mind is open and positive. I am grateful to be able to provide a safe space for others each day to find the ability to love their own bodies. and honored to be a part of their healing journey.
