Body Centered Releasing

Body Centered Releasing

In this video, Dr. Peter Borten explains the basics of Body Centered Releasing, and the powerfully positive effect this practice can have on your life. Learning to use your body to make peace with inner conflicts and let things go is always preferable to resisting and holding on to emotions by trapping them inside. Body Centered releasing lets us BE with each moment in a way that allows for more freedom.

Dr. Borten also introduces The Freedom Journal – The Dragontree’s new workbook that will help you guide yourself through this process of saying yes to each moment as it comes while always keeping some awareness on your physical felt experience. Instead of trying to revisit the past or anticipate the future, you’re able to stop resisting and be in the reality of the present moment – and your whole life changes.

Thanks Peter. I enjoyed reading this. It brought to mind emotions and thoughts of things I keep trying to change,..things that aren’t mine to change,..the same things that continue to affect me. The things I need to release my grasp on and finally let go of…and be free, once and for all.

It’s fascinating how long and tightly we grasp these things, resisting them all the while, despite the ways they degrade our consciousness. The ego thrives on conflict and feels threatened by peace. But the timeless You knows the truth and waits patiently. I find that forgiveness helps.

Freedom in all its forms is humanity’s deepest desire. Thank you for reminding us to be ever so conscious of our bondage in this life time so to liberate ourselves finding true happiness in this lifetime. After all to be free is to be happy. It is our birth right. Hari om. And happy birthday America.
